Division of Business Professor to Present at 3rd Annual MOBTS Oceania Conference

Northwestern Oklahoma State University associate professor of business Dr. Theresa McBride will be presenting at the third annual Management and Organizational Behavior Teaching Society (MOBTS) Oceania conference Jan. 29 - 31, 2025, at the University of Auckland in Auckland, New Zealand.
McBride will present with colleagues from Norwich University and the U.S. Coast Guard. She is being sponsored by the Holli-Anderson Faculty Development Award and the Northwestern Division of Business.
MOBTS was founded in 1974 and incorporated in 1981 as the Organizational Behavior Teaching Society (OBTS). The organization updated its name to MOBTS in July 2017.
MOBTS is dedicated to promoting excellence in the teaching of management and organizational behavior. The mission of MOBTS is to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas, information, and materials among its members, and to promote the improvement of teaching and research in the field of management and organizational behavior.
MOBTS offers opportunities for members to collaborate on teaching and research projects and to participate in professional development workshops and training sessions. The society publishes two journals, the Journal of Management Education (JME) and Management Teaching Review (MTR), which provide a platform for the publication of original research on teaching and learning in management and organizational behavior, as well as teaching techniques.
